halvat guesthouse in sarajevo was fantastic! the hostess, valida, is amazing and so knowledgeable about the region. the breakfast, especially the crepes, was delicious. everything was clean and modern. the location was perfect, right near great restaurants and shops. i highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Everything is what i need and want.

The rooms at Halvat Guesthouse are like a cozy retreat in the middle of nature. They are individually furnished with such care, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I felt a real connection to the surroundings, and the free Wi-Fi kept me connected to the outside world.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking, but I can see how others might appreciate it during hot summer days.

We had a blast during our Thanksgiving stay! The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the historical old town. We loved the breakfast spread and the clean and cozy rooms. The best part was the complimentary city tour offered by the hotel, it was packed with interesting stories and historical facts.

We wished there was a hot water pot in the room to make our own tea. the road noise was a little bit of a bother during the night, but the staff offered us a fan to use as a noise blocker.

The location of this guesthouse is excellent. You can easily walk to the old town and all its attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of options to choose from, such as freshly cooked sweet and savory crepes, yogurt, cereal, and cooked-to-order eggs. You can also enjoy sliced meats, cheeses, tomatoes, and cucumbers. the staff is very knowledgeable about the local area and always willing to offer advice.

No negative aspects to mention.

The location was lit - right in the heart of the city, with all the best bars and clubs within walking distance. We got mad fresh air on the sick hiking trails nearby, and the biking routes were legit too. We were lit the whole time, living our best adventure life!

The only thing we'd ask for is a better party scene. Don't get us wrong, the location was perfect for exploring the city, but we wish there were more options for young party-goers to turn up and have a lit night out.
